This auction is for four unfinished wood shutters. The shrink wrap identifies them as Flair Fold and they are made of a select western pine.  The size of each is 12" x 36". They are unfinished and do not come with any hardware. The spots you see in the picture is the writing on the plastic wrap. They are new never used waiting for you to put on the finishing touches. However, the plastic wrap is torn in spots and the shutters are a little soiled on the edge. A light sanding will solve the problem. the shipping weight is 11lbs. and I will ship parcel post to keep the price down
